Arinze’s journey began at the African Leadership University (ALU) in Mauritius, where he graduated as valedictorian with a first-class honors degree in Business Management. His academic excellence laid the foundation for his future endeavors, propelling him to new heights of success in the fields of technology and entrepreneurship.
After graduating from ALU, Arinze joined Meta, where he served as a content designer working on product features aimed at mitigating the spread of sensitive content on Facebook and Instagram. During his time at Meta, Arinze co-founded EarlyAdmit, a coaching platform designed to help high-achieving students from underrepresented minority backgrounds gain admission to the world’s top MBA programs. The success of EarlyAdmit culminated in its acquisition by Tequire in 2023, further solidifying Arinze’s reputation as a serial entrepreneur and innovator.

Arinze’s passion for driving positive change extends beyond the realm of technology and entrepreneurship. As a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University, he pursued a master’s degree in Global Affairs with a focus on AI Policy, where he distinguished himself as a leading voice in the field. His academic achievements and contributions to the global discourse on AI policy earned him recognition as a China Oceanwide Fellow and positioned him as a thought leader on the intersection of technology and policy.
In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Arinze has been recognized for his commitment to social impact and youth empowerment. As a recipient of The Diana Award and a judge for the prestigious youth social impact award created in honor of the Late Princess Diana, Arinze has demonstrated a deep commitment to giving back to his community and uplifting the next generation of leaders.
In 2023, Arinze was honored by RIVET as one of the 20 young people in the world catalyzing the youth revolution through social innovation and entrepreneurship. His groundbreaking work with Kenga, an independent culture publication dedicated to documenting the ideas, personalities, and cultures shaping African Gen Z communities, earned him further accolades as a 2023 Kekere Storyteller Prize Champion. Through Kenga, Arinze is reshaping the narrative of Africa by amplifying stories that celebrate the richness and diversity of the African experience.
