Enobong Louisa Akaiso: Championing Civility Across Africa

Dr. Enobong Louisa Akaiso is not just a name; it’s a symbol of empowerment, advocacy, and civility. Over the past decade, she has dedicated her life to uplifting African women who may have once felt inadequate, instilling in them a sense of confidence and purpose. But her journey toward becoming a beacon of empowerment didn’t begin overnight—it’s a lifelong calling that has been ingrained in her since childhood.

As a passionate women’s development coach, Dr. Akaiso has touched the lives of thousands of women across Africa, helping them realize their full potential and break through the barriers that once held them back. But her impact extends far beyond coaching sessions and workshops. Dr. Akaiso is also an accomplished author, having penned three books on civility that serve as guiding lights for individuals striving to lead with grace and dignity in today’s world.

Her works, including “Poetic Civility,” “The Civilized Leader,” and “True Civility,” are not just books—they’re roadmaps for cultivating a culture of respect, kindness, and collaboration in both personal and professional settings. Available on Amazon Kindle, these literary gems have inspired countless readers to embrace the principles of civility in their daily lives.

But Dr. Akaiso’s influence doesn’t stop there. As a certified international keynote speaker, trainer, and personal/executive coach for the John C. Maxwell team, she has traveled the globe, sharing her wisdom and insights with audiences from all walks of life. Her dynamic speaking style and profound message of empowerment have earned her the nickname “Oprah of Civility” from iChangeNations—a testament to her ability to inspire and uplift others.

In recognition of her tireless efforts to promote civility and leadership, Dr. Akaiso has received numerous accolades and awards, including the prestigious Golden Rule Civility “Trailblazer Award” and the status of Golden Rule Civility Statesman from the Golden Rule Civility Initiative. These honors serve as a testament to her unwavering commitment to creating a more inclusive and harmonious society.

But perhaps Dr. Akaiso’s most impactful contributions come through her philanthropic endeavors. As the founder of Women Who Win Africa (WWWA) and the Civility for the Girl Child Group (CGCG), she has spearheaded initiatives aimed at accelerating women’s development and raising awareness about the challenges facing girls in society. Through speaking seminars, advocacy campaigns, and grassroots projects, she has empowered women to become change agents in their communities, driving positive social change from the ground up.

In addition to her work in women’s empowerment, Dr. Akaiso is also a trailblazer in the field of image consulting. As the founder of SoYounique and the Acceleration Blueprint initiatives, she helps women align their personal goals with their professional image, empowering them to command respect and influence in their respective fields. Her expertise in image consulting has earned her recognition as a pioneer in the field, leading to the establishment of the Association for Image Consulting in Africa (ASIEI).

In summary, Dr. Enobong Louisa Akaiso is more than just a coach, author, or speaker—she’s a catalyst for change, a champion for civility, and a beacon of hope for women across Africa and beyond. Through her unwavering dedication and passion for empowerment, she is shaping a brighter, more inclusive future for generations to come.
