The Coca-Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program is for high-caliber talents at the beginning of their professional journey. This program is built to fast-track your international career in Commercial and prepare you to become the leader of tomorrow. The program start date is October 2024.​

The program incorporates international exposure and a strong leadership curriculum, enabling participants to operate within one of our markets across the 29 countries we’ve established. During its tenure, trainees are entrusted with the management of intricate strategic projects, equipping them with the requisite skills and knowledge required for the next leadership layer.

The International Leadership Trainee program is dedicated to building commercial expertise. This means you will be able to learn on the job how we are creating and implementing our commercial strategy.

You will also develop significant soft skills, strategic thinking, public speaking, stakeholders management, and other leadership capabilities. The end goal is to fast-track your career, so you can become a commercial leader and move Coca-Cola HBC further on, through innovation and leadership.

Requirements

  • You want to build a commercial career in a high-performance-driven environment (e.g. sales, digital commerce, commercial finance)
  • You are determined, curious and self-driven​
  • You enjoy assignments that provide variety, intensive collaboration, and challenge​
  • You are open to different people and perspectives ​​
  • You are ambitious to lead change, projects, and people​​
  • You are open to relocating to another country to accelerate your career​​
  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in any business-related area​
  • You have a university degree or you are in your last year at university and able to commit full-time (40 hours/ week)​​
  • You are fluent in English​​
  • You are legally eligible to work in the country for which you apply​

4. Hand-on Market Experience:- Daily regular tasks, exciting international projects, visits in the market, presentations, and meetings, are just a few of your future tasks.

5. A Complex Learning Experience:- Peer-to-peer, on-the-job, mentor, buddy, formal training. You name it. We are offering a mix of theory and practice in a real work environment.

6. Mentorship From the Senior Leader of the Organization:- You will get amazing support to kickstart your career. You will be assigned a buddy for local operations, but also a mentor from our Top 300 Leaders.

7. Accelerated Development in Commercial Areas:- This program is commercially focused in a holistic way: sales, finance, analytics, digital. You will be trained but you’ll also learn by doing.

8. International Rounded Commercial Experience:- Coca-Cola HBC works with nearly 100 brands and operates in 29 markets. You will handle international projects, with a culturally diverse team.

Send us your CV and answer a few questions. Once you are done, we will ask you to go through a Business Reasoning test and complete a short video interview.

BUSINESS INTERVIEW & COMPETENCE VALIDATION

You will be invited for an interview with a Recruitment Manager and a Senior Commercial Leader. After the interview, you will receive extensive feedback, to support your self-reflection and prepare you for the next process step.

MARKET CHALLENGE & GM INTERVIEW

Let’s go to the market with a business simulation. You will be supported by our Sales team, you will be asked to observe and listen, then share your reflections with the Country General Manager and the People & Culture Director during a meeting. INTERNATIONAL ASSESSMENT CENTER & FINAL MEETING WITH SENIOR LEADERS

The online assessment day will be full of interactions & simulations, followed by a 1-hour session with a professional coach. All this is to prepare you for the final stage – a meeting with our Group Senior Leaders.
